As President of the New York Convention Center Development Corporation, Barbara Lampen led the historic renovation of the Javits Center from 2009 to 2014, upgrading its infrastructure while ensuring the building remained open for business. The building now looks, feels and operates better than ever before, and as a result, the New York chapter of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events have awarded Mrs. Lampen with the King's Glove Award, their highest honor.
